There are a few races left in the HARRA Spring Series:

3/27 - Law Week 8K
4/10 - Trolley Run 5K
4/28 - LP Run 33 1/3
5/08 - Bayou Bash Relay and HARRA Picnic (Rice)*

*NEED HARRIER TEAMS, THIS IS A 4 PERSON RELAY
If you are interested in being on a relay team please let us know as soon as possible so we can put the teams together. We have plenty of runners and should be able to field teams in both open and masters.

Harrier events:
4/18 - McLatchie Challenge. You remember that one don’t you. The first race will begin at 8am across from American General. Same place as the Buffalo Wallow race. (X/C Jim’s course 4k, west U road 3miler, Rice track 3k) Open to harriers and non harriers alike. Three events one after the other, the times are AGE/GENDER GRADED to produce an overall winner. I think Bryan Smyth won last year?

4/24 – Garage Sale. Mike Krakower has graciously agreed to allow us to have it at his place. Bring your old slightly worn running shoes and anything else you planned to throw out from your spring cleaning. This is the clubs other fundraiser.

6/13 – AG Meeting. We will bring back awards this year. If you feel strongly about someone’s performance (and I know that is a loaded statement) forward your comments/suggestions to me. If you are interested in running for office please let us know. Some of the officers have held the positions for several years. The meeting is a family friendly atmosphere with refreshments and will be held at Mike Krakower’s home. You will receive a follow up message as the event gets closer.
